Hill Country Mystic Enchantment

A destination property redesigned to hold more guests and create better gathering spaces.

This large property outside Austin was remodeled, furnished, stocked and styled for group stays and professional vacation-rental management. Because the original outdoor area offered very little usable space, we created a substantial concrete patio for events, dining and socializing. We also reworked the upstairs apartment to add another bedroom, increasing the home’s sleeping capacity by four guests.
