Third parties and contractors
Polished to Rent may help identify contractors, communicate design intent and project priorities, coordinate schedules and decisions, and monitor progress within the agreed scope. Contractors, tradespeople, vendors, photographers, property managers, platforms and other third parties remain independent providers. Polished to Rent does not guarantee their work, availability, pricing, licensing, insurance or performance. The property owner is responsible for approving and contracting directly with third parties unless otherwise stated in writing.
No guaranteed results
Design, furnishing and setup may improve marketability and functionality, but no revenue, occupancy, booking, leasing, profitability, review score or property-value result is guaranteed.
Owner responsibilities
The property owner is responsible for permits, licenses, zoning, taxes, insurance, safety, accessibility, building-code compliance, rental restrictions, HOA requirements and professional advice appropriate to the property and jurisdiction.
