Polished to Rent provides consulting and support related to remodel planning, design, furnishing, stocking, setup and management-company evaluation. Exact deliverables, fees, schedules, travel, purchasing authority and responsibilities are established in a separate written agreement.

Contractors, tradespeople, vendors, photographers, property managers, platforms and other third parties are independent providers. Polished to Rent does not guarantee their work, availability, pricing, licensing, insurance or performance. Owners are responsible for approving and contracting with third parties unless otherwise stated in writing.
No guaranteed results
Design, furnishing and setup may improve marketability and functionality, but no revenue, occupancy, booking, leasing, profitability, review score or property-value result is guaranteed.
Owner responsibilities
The property owner is responsible for permits, licenses, zoning, taxes, insurance, safety, accessibility, building-code compliance, rental restrictions, HOA requirements and professional advice appropriate to the property and jurisdiction.
