A dated mountain home refreshed into a lighter, more cohesive group rental.
This Poconos property includes two kitchens and multiple gathering areas, giving larger groups room to spread out while still spending time together. We replaced weathered door hardware, painted the walls, doors and staircase to brighten the interiors, added a reclaimed-wood feature wall for the coffee station, and introduced new furniture throughout the home. The finished design balances practical durability with a warmer, more polished mountain-rental identity.
