Why we started

Turning a property into a rental involves far more than choosing attractive furniture. Remodel decisions affect maintenance. Bedroom layouts affect occupancy. Storage affects turnover. Stocking affects reviews. The order in which decisions are made affects both budget and timeline.
Pam created Polished to Rent after buying, renovating and operating her own rental properties across multiple markets. The goal was simple: help other owners move through that work with a clear plan, realistic priorities and one consistent design direction.
